What do we do?
DSS Recykling recycles a variety of glass waste:
- Architectural glass,
- Mirrors,
- Colored glass,
- Laminated glass,

- Tempered glass.
All glass waste collected by DSS Recykling are reused in the following processes:
- glass smelting, as an ingredient of a batch for glass furnace,
- manufacturing of mineral wool, used as a thermal-acoustic insulation,
- manufacturing of foam glass used in architecture,
- production of grit and glass beads, used as an addition to reflective paint,
- manufacturing of ceramic mass and various cleaning pastes.
Glass containers recycling
DSS Recykling Ltd. offers a comprehensive cooperation concerning collection, recycling and recovery of container glass waste as well as concerning confirmation of execution of container glass waste recovery and recycling obligation as per regulation of 11 May 2001 on entrepreneurs’ obligation in terms of waste management, product fee and deposit fee. (Dz. U. 2001 nr 63 poz. 639).
We offer our own containers to collect glass waste that can be provided free of charge, depending on the amount of glass waste. Our offer in terms of collection and recycling of container glass includes the collection using our means of transport, cleansing, crushing and transportation of the glass waste to glassworks for final recycling. Recycling processes on our technological lines are carried out with the use of crushing devices, separating and sifting devices as well as modern devices for opto-electronic separation of glass in terms of color. We currently cooperate with the largest container glass producers in Poland and the amount of container glass produced on our lines reaches 15 000 tons annually.
As part of cooperation, we offer a substantive assistance in terms of legal requirements concerning environmental protection. We always make sure to adapt our offer to the requirements of our customers.
Automotive glass recycling
DSS Recykling Ltd. exists on the market of tempered and laminated (VSG) automotive glass since 1997. We have adequate facilities to recycle automotive glass as well as necessary transportation fleet to transport glass waste. As part of cooperation we offer collection and recycling of automotive glass waste as well as performing the duty of recycling as per the regulation of 29 June 2007 on amendments to regulation on recycling of end-of-life vehicles (Dz. U. 2007 nr 176 poz. 1236).
We offer our own containers to collect glass waste that can be provided free of charge, depending on the amount of glass waste. Our offer in terms of collection and recycling of container glass includes the collection using our means of transport, cleansing, crushing and transportation of the glass waste to glassworks. We currently cooperate with the largest float glass and automotive glass producers in Poland, and the amount of automotive glass processed on our lines reaches 5000 tons annually.
We also offer a substantive assistance in terms of legal requirements concerning environmental protection. We always make sure to adapt our offer to the requirements of our customers.
Float glass recycling
DSS Recykling Ltd. operates on Polish market of architectural glass recycling since 1997. During the years, the company achieved one of the top positions on the float glass recycling market. We own modern technological facilities to recycle float glass as well as a transportation fleet to transport the glass waste. We offer collection and recycling of the float glass waste of all kinds, including the most popular:
- Colorless and colored architectural glass
- Laminated architectural glass
- Ornamental glass
- Low-emission glass
- Glass waste coming from building or glasshouse deconstruction
- Automotive glass
- Mirrors
- Wired glass
